First, select the type of style session you want. Our categories include: hair, makeup, skin care, and clothing. Once you’ve selected your session and time slot, follow the prompts to create an account and pay for your chosen session. If you’re a returning customer, please log into your account before booking a session.

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate in a style session. Check your booking confirmation email for the link to your session and details on how to join it.

Yes. Although you can browse through our various styling services, an account is necessary to book a style session. Once you are ready to book, please follow the prompts to create your account, including answering some basic questions to help your stylist understand your style goals. You will use your account to manage logistics for the session.

The rates are set by the stylists themselves. Most style sessions are priced between $50 USD and $150 USD. Session prices vary based on the session’s length, the stylist’s experience, and the amount of work involved for the stylist in that session type.

They can—if their legal guardian books the session and attends with them. This applies to anyone under the age of 18.

Style Space allows for cancellation of bookings up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled session or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the session start time. In the event of cancellation, Style Space will refund the amount you paid during such booking so long as it falls within the cancellation time window. In the event you booked a session with a stylist and need to reschedule for a different date, you must do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled style session by notifying Style Space at info@stylespace.com. If you do not notify Style Space within such timeframe, the scheduled date may not be changed and fees will not be refunded. Cancellation policy for more details.

Preparation is key for a high-quality style session—and that falls to both the stylist and the client to prepare. You can set your stylist up for success by completing your style profile as soon as you book your session. This gives your stylist plenty of time to learn your style goals, body, skin and hair type, lifestyle, and what kind of looks you like. The more detail you provide, the better! You can include notes to your stylist in the session-booking process, letting them know of anything specific you’re looking to get out of your style session.

Every style session includes an online video appointment with your stylist. Sessions vary in length and specifics, but you will receive whatever was promised in the style session description by the stylist. Feel free to ask your stylist any questions you have during your style session.

After your session, you will receive your stylist’s notes summarizing your style session, including tips and helpful product recommendations, so you can reference their advice at any time.

If you need to ask any specific questions to your stylist outside of your styling session, you can send messages to stylists@stylespace.com and we will forward your message to them.

In the unlikely event that a stylist does not show up to your scheduled styling session, please contact our Customer Care and Service Team to reschedule your session or to receive a full refund.
